Hi Everyone! We are SO EXCITED to share with you an upcoming event happening this Saturday, September 17th. FUSION, the fellowship ministry of The Rock is pleased to announce that they are having a BONFIRE/BEACH DAY along with a live performance by Dance Floor Prophets. Surfers in Christ will be the featured ministry of the day and will be conducting a surf session, teaching seminar, and much more! Ive listed the schedule and details regarding the event below. Saturday, September 17, 2005-LA JOLLA SHORES
7:00AM-SURF SESSION- The purpose of weekly surf sessions is to create a time for fellowship, surfing, and opportunities to witness to other surfers. We meet at 7:00AM along with Horizon Surf Fellowship at the surf spot for the day.
9:30AM- TEACHING SEMINAR-Do you have a heart to teach others how to surf? Do you want to learn how to surf? Learn the basic skills of how to properly instruct someone how to surf or learn how from Dave Girvin of Safari Surf School. If youre interested please just show up the day the event with your gear ready to learn! No need to RSVP, just show up, but if you have any questions Dave can be reached at 469-235-0127.
