We make regular visits to the Orphan Home, "Casa de Hogar Belen, " led by Mamma Tonia, her family and her son Pastor Jose.  I have been getting to know the children for just under a year and have fallen in love with them. The kids range in age from 2-18 and come from a  poor community nearby. There is also a church on the premises led by Pastor Jose,  where he both teaches and demonstrates the Love of Jesus.  You will blessed as you witness some of the fruits of this precious family's gospel labor in word and deed.

 Time:  We will meet in front of The Rock Church at 9:30 am and leave by 10 am after introductions, devotions, bathroom breaks, and car pool assignments

 Cost:  $25 per person. This covers gas for drivers, parking passes outside border, bus transportation in TJ, food for the kids and our lunch, as well as a love offering for the Orphanage.

 What we will do: We will be loving on the kids, paying for their lunch, playing games, and doing some crafts. It is really important that everyone participates.

 What to Bring: Backpack, Bible, water, power bars, hat, modest clothes(no cleavage please and no short shorts), passport, a good attitude and flexible spirit.

 A Few More Details: We won’t be able to stop for food on our way in or out so please eat breakfast and bring some snacks.   This is an all day event.  We should be back around 5:00 pm, pending the lines at the Border.
