You're probably getting lots of advice from friends and family on how to deal with your grief. It's likely that some of the advice is contradictory. How do you know what to do? The goal of this session's components is to help you understand what God prescribes for you as you grieve:
Session 9: "God's Prescription for Grief" - As you view the video, discuss this session with your group and complete the daily workbook exercises, the answers to the following questions will become more clear:
"Does God really want me to be honest about how I feel?"
"How can I experience the deepest healing?"
"Lately my thoughts are so negative. How is this affecting my grief experience?"
