Cost: $2,700 with $500 deposit due at time of registration. Cost includes; airfare, food, lodging, etc. (not including spending money)

Release of Liability Waiver - MUST be downloaded, signed and returned to Youth Ministries PRIOR to August 17, 2012.

*Health Insurance Information - If you have questions about your health insurance and how it applies internationally please check with your insurance provider. Feel free to check out the Center for Disease Control (CDC) website for immunization recommendations or requirements.
