SURVIVING THE HOLIDAYS

Have you experienced the loss of someone you loved and just don't know how to SURVIVE THE HOLIDAYS?

Please join the GriefShare Ministry for a special presentation of "SURVIVING THE HOLIDAYS" on November 19, 2012 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. as we all learn how to find peace and joy again through the holiday seasons. 

We will meet on the 3rd floor of the Rock Church in the high school multipurpose room.  If you are not already a registered GriefShare participant, please be there by 6:00 p.m. to sign-in and receive your materials.  There is a material fee of $5.00 (please bring cash).

The presentation will cover the following:

*  "Knowing What to Expect"

*  "Preparing for the Holidays"

*  "Managing and Benefiting from Relationships"

*  "Focusing on the True Meaning of the Holidays"

*  "Using the Holidays to Heal from Grief"

In your "Surviving the Holidays" workbook, you will find other useful tools, such as a "Holiday Planning Checklist" and a list of additional resources. 

NOTE:  If you are already a registered GriefShare participant, the "Surviving the Holidays" presentation and workbook are included.

IF YOU ARE ATTENDING ONLY "SURVIVING THE HOLIDAYS", PLEASE ARRIVE BY 6:00 TO SIGN IN AND RECEIVE YOUR MATERIALS.  The fee is $5.00 (Please bring cash) and includes the presentation, small group discussion, workbook, light snacks and coffee.   PLEASE EMAIL THE MINISTRY IF YOU WILL ATTEND SO WE CAN PLAN FOR MATERIALS AND SNACKS.  THANK YOU!!!
