Hat and PB&J Homeless Outreach

Bring persuasive hope to our city by serving the homeless community with the Hiking SPF ministry. We are giving away hats, gloves, clothes, sleeping bag, can openers and PB&J sandwiches. We want to bring the message of hope to our city through the love of Jesus Christ and pray for those in need. Please join us to bless our city and be bless through this outreach event.

Preparation Meeting Time: 8:30am at the Rock church parking lot across from the school

Downtown Meeting time: 10am at the corner of 16th and Market

Approximate end time: 1:00pm

We need the following items.

-Hats

-Can openers

-Sleeping Bags

-New or gently used coats   

-Sweatshirts 

-Hoodies  

-Scarfs 

-Gloves  

-Any gently used clothes

-Bibles or Christian books 

-Food or water bottle

Please contact me to donate beforehand or bring to the event itself. 

We will be prepping PB&J sandwich pack at the rock church parking lot at 8:30am. Please meet us there for preparation and carpool.

Volunteers please sign up with the following choices of team.

Outreach team: Small groups to walk around and give away items/prayer to those in need.

Distribution team: Pass out goods at the designated area to those in need.

Prayer team: Minister to those who are at the designated area who would like to talk and be pray for.
