Sisters in Christ - A special time for women of the Rock to worship, pray, study the Word of God, share testimonies and enjoy fellowship in a small group setting in order to gain spiritual and practical guidance for everyday living. We meet every Wednesday from March 12th thru May 7th in room 232 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Please note that the building is air conditioned so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket. Feel free to invite a friend.
We will be offering childcare for children 6 months up to age 12 but you will need to register online beforehand. This is mandatory. We need to know how many children will be coming so we have enough workers. For questions regarding KidsCare, please contact Lindsay Ebert at: [email protected]. Volunteers are needed asap for childcare. Contact Lindsay.
We are pleased to announce that the carpool ministry will be offering rides, only if possible, on Wednesday nights. So if you can give a ride or need a ride, please contact Princess Mathews at [email protected].
Sisters In Christ includes worship, bible studies, testimonies or ministry speakers, classes (both spiritual and practical) and fellowship every week.
Please note that some classes may require the purchase of a book which will be used in the class. Books may be purchased in the Rockpile or online. Classes subject to change.
What's so Good about Feeling Bad? Finding Purpose and a Path through Your Pain by Helene Golston - room 254
This class is for women who are struggling with pain in their lives. Whether it be physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual, we all have pain in our lives. For those experiencing pain I would like to show how God is the great Healer and through His love we can learn to cope and encourage one another into a life of joy. This class is not to complain about our trials but to find purpose in them.

PURE led by Carrie Ottalagano
Class BIO: PURE is a class designed for women of all ages. Every woman wants to obey God but we live in a society that flaunts sexuality. Sex was created by God, He designed it to be passionate BUT there are guidelines. To experience sex the way God intended, you have to be married. In PURE we will discuss how purity goes beyond sexuality. To live PURE, you will have to guard your heart. It is a spiritual, emotional, mental & physical battle. During this class, you will be encouraged to take a closer look at the condition of your heart. This class isn't just for single women...it's for all women! If you live with your boyfriend, join us. If you're praying for a Godly man, let us pray with you. Even if you're happily married or enjoy being single, this class is for you.
