Angel Tree Backpack Volunteer Orientation

Angel Packs is an annual backpack and school supply drive that The Prison Ministry conducts through the Rock Church. The backpacks will be collected and delivered to children who have an incarcerated parent/s. Statistics show that 2 of 3 kids who have an incarcerated parent will follow that parent into jail. We are reaching out to these kids in hopes to break the cycle through the love of Jesus Christ. The backpacks will be provided to these children as a gift from their incarcerated parent, as a way to strengthen and restore their relationship with one another. With Him all things are possible! 

However, to make this happen, we need you!  Please prayerfully consider volunteering to make this year a success. We had an amazing time last year and hope that God doubles what He did last year.   Please help us possibly change a child's life forever with the love of Christ and a backpack. 

We are meeting Sunday, June 22nd at 2pm in the Community Room at the Rock Church. Light Snacks will be provided.
