Long Valley Peak Hike

Carpool Meetup: 6:45am*
Leave carpool location at 7am
Difficult
Distance: 9.0 miles with 1200 feet elevation gain
Weather: Hike will be cancelled if it rains.
What to bring?
-Good tennis/running/hiking shoes
-Comfortable clothing
-Water/Vitamin water (3+ liters - it may get very hot!)
-Snacks/energy bar
-Cellphone
DIRECTIONS:
From Mission Valley take the I-8 East 40 miles to Pine Valley Road and take a right. Follow Pine Valley Road to the end and park at the Corral Canyon Trailhead.
Carpool Meetup Location: Office Depot Parking Lot - 8740 Rio San Diego Dr., San Diego, CA 92108-5532
Jarrod contacted the Descanso ranger station and they said an adventure pass is not needed at this time to park at the trailhead.
*If you will not be meeting at the carpool location, please make arrangements with Jarrod Hammack. He requested that everyone meet at the carpool location for this hike.
