Behind The Mask:  Many of us are struggling with wounds from the past that leave us vulnerable to unhealthy relational patterns.

If you did not get what you needed to feel safe,loved, and valued early in life you probably have created masks or false identities that don't match with your inner self.

Behind the Mask is the title of the book we will be using in this class. It provides practical steps and strategies that can help women move into sexual health. In this challenging season of your life, the biblical principles, clinical tools and recent discoveries about the brain provide help that will allow you to walk in the freedom your heart has longed for.  Over time the masks can define your identity and the person God created you to be gets covered up. What’s behind your mask?

This class is limited in numbers and will be closed after the second session.  It is a two hour class from 6:30 to 8:30 on Wednesdays so childcare will be available if needed.  The class will start on Jan 20,16 through June.  Book will be $10.00 at The Rock Pile Bookstore.  We will be a S.I.S.T.E.R.S. on Jan 13, to give a brief presentation of the class.  Afterwards we can meet in Room 351 to discuss if this is tthe class for you and if you are committed to start the process of healing.  Class will start on January 20.
