Let's enjoy the beautiful sunshine together! We will be meeting at the back entrance of the Rock Church (next to the Rock Park) at 10a. Please wear appropriate walking shoes and bring a large towel to lay your mat on. We will be stretching next to the bay in the sun, so please wear sunblock and sunglasses. Also, bring water for hydration. See you there!
Joining us for the first time? Please arrive at 9:30a for an orientation. Individuals may not participate in the exercise class until they have completed an orientation. Items to bring: non-slip exercise mat or large towel, bottle of water, and face towel. Additional recommended items: Bible, journal, and pen.
