Rock Your City Beautification Event - City Heights

Rock Your City Events @ Rock Church City Heights is partnering with San Diego Canyonlands (http://www.sdcanyonlands.org/) to plant 300 trees and clean-up Swan Canyon in City Heights. Please join us in planting 300 trees and beautifying this canyon. This event will take place on March 11^th, 2017 from 7am-11am.

This will be a great opportunity to not only give back and love on the community but be a blessing to the surrounding community that call this canyon home. Registration will be done in the cul de sac of 4545 Olive Street, San Diego, CA 92105 off the 805 Freeway Home Avenue exit and 46^th Street. 

Join us as we PLANT TREES and BRING LOVE, LIFE and LIGHT to the community!

Bring your family and friends! Let’s share our FAITH with our brothers and sisters while enhancing God’s beautiful creation.

Please consider the following:

• Sun Screen, hat
• Sturdy, closed toe shoes/boots, long sleeve shirt or pants (preferred because it’s a canyon so its rough terain)
• Gloves (optional; we will also have some to share)
• Parking at RCCH and carpooling; parking is limited to street parking
• Snacks and water will be provided

The jobs we will be volunteers are:

• Volunteer Check-in
• Tree Planters
• Trash/Weed Haulers
