To engage business owners and entrepreneurs from Rock Church in impactful relationship building, networking and skill-building monthly enrichment activities that promote community and giving opportunities.
Our monthly Business Leaders Forum creates an opportunity to come together with fellow business leaders and entrepreneurs from Rock Church to pray, discuss business and life in an open and welcoming environment. We’ll talk about ways to be better stewards for Christ in our respective workplaces. Come prepared to share your successes and ready to hear ideas that could help you make a greater Impact! on your employees and in your community.

Jill Frack volunteers with Rock Financial Life doing financial coaching and coordinates the Financial Peace University class at The Rock Church San Marcos Campus. Jill is an Organizational Psychologist and Project Manager. Jill owns her company, Opportunistic Consulting, which provides people and organizations with actionable intelligence. Jill’s work experience involves Project Management, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Jill has completed two Master of Arts degrees from Alliant International University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Business Administration, and she is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Jill is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and volunteers with the PMI San Diego Chapter on the Professional Development Committee and the Membership Committee. Jill mentors people in preparation for their PMP Exam and coordinates chapter events for members. Jill is an Ambassador for "When to Jump: If the Job You Have Isn't the Life You Want ".
