Join us in serving the homeless as we meet at 10:45 AM near the corner of 6th Street and Grape Street on the outskirts of Balboa Park in downtown San Diego.
We kick off the service at 11 AM when the homeless enjoy a time of praise and worship and a church service. Our ministry pastors come and teach the homeless how to have a relationship with Christ and how to grow in the understanding and wisdom of the Lord.
After the church service we provide donated or purchased clothes, shoes, backpacks, sleeping bags, blankets, toiletries and other essential items such as bus passes, "Pay-As-You-Go" phones, phone cards and gift certificates. We have a resource and referral table equipped with information on shelters, day centers, medical and dental services, transportation information, and plenty of other great opportunities.
Church Without Walls is "Family-Friendly"! Feel free to bring your entire family, regardless of age.
There is no need to sign up or call/email ahead of time. Just show up! We will be there RAIN or SHINE!
