For Fitness: 5k-10k (3-6miles) or 10,000 steps
For R&R 1/2: 2 hrs 15 mins
For LJ 1/2 & R&R Full: 20 mins easy, LJ HALF is tomorrow OR run 13.1 miles
Kickoff Training for AFC Half Marathon on August 15th!! Run/Jog/Walk: 20 mins - (or the Walk for MS starts at NTC Park at 8:30am, distance=1-3 miles)
Tri Group Bike 30-40 miles around Pt Lome/Mission Beach area:
In order to plan out the ride and route, email us if you are planning to ride. Also, please let me know your general level of biking experience/fitness on this scale:
1. Never ridden more than 10 miles at one time
2. Ride somewhat regularly
3. Experienced and training currently for a Triathlon or Road Race
4. Very experienced riding 100 miles is no problem
Remember, all levels are welcome and knowing who is riding will help us plan out a ride that is good for everyone!
