The Rock Superhero Mile will be the first race ever hosted by the Rock Runners and Triathletes Ministry!
Join us November 20, 2010 at NTC Park for a 1-mile race and 100m dash for kids. (The race will be timed by the San Diego Track Club.) Awards, jumpies, prizes and more. All proceeds benefit the Rock Church West Africa Outreach. All levels welcome.
