People are our Focus, and at Rock Church we know we were designed to grow together in community. Groups exist for us to grow closer to Jesus with a close-knit community of believers, pursuing the calling of discipleship. Our hope is that every member of Rock Church is in a discipleship relationship that reproduces the life of Christ in themselves and those around them.

“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” –Hebrews 10:24-25

Discipleship is our Calling, and as disciples of Jesus, we are called to engage in transformational discipleship that leads to multiplication. Rock Group Leaders do exactly that! As you help guide people in their personal discipleship journeys, we’ll provide training and resources to help equip you to lead others well.

Connect and grow as a Group Leader. In Matthew 28, Jesus tells us to “Make disciples of all nations...” He instructs us to baptize, teach, observe what He has commanded, and understand that He is with us always, to the end of the age. Discipleship begins with Jesus, and we believe God uses Groups as an avenue of discipleship to change people’s lives.
