The Rock Church is currently seeking a Missions Equipping Assistant. The main responsibilities of the Missions Equipping Assistant will be to develop and implement training modules to equip Impact195 students to become self sustaining missionaries. The Equipping Assistant will work with the Impact195 Academics Coordinator toward the incorporation of these training modules into the IMPACT195 annual curriculum. Incumbent will also develop and implement specialized coaching modules and ongoing educational opportunities to further equip missionary candidates for successful evangelistic work. Topics will include coaching for missionaries actually engaged in field assignments as well as for those returning from assignments. Finally, this individual will make significant contributions to the strategic planning and executions of Impact International Trips (ITT) and will be reporting to the Impact195 Missions Coordinator.

The Toddler Teacher strives daily to bring the love of Christ through nurture and strong parent relationships. The Toddler Teacher also works diligently to model classic moral training for young toddler students, consistently giving them the educational, spiritual, emotional and physical tools needed to grow in the knowledge of Christ. The Toddler Teacher reports directly to the Preschool Director.

Are you an experienced administrator with a working knowledge of private school ordinances and regulations relating to Christian education? The Rock Church is currently seeking a Headmaster for the Rock Academy who will serve as the professional and spiritual leader of the staff and the advisor to the school advisory board. The Headmaster is responsible for ensuring that the Rock Academy demonstrates consistent alignment with the faith statement, mission, vision, and direction set forth by the trustees. In addition, the Headmaster will ensure that the focus of decisions and actions are Christ centered and in the best interest of a well-rounded, comprehensive infant, preschool and K-12 school program presented from a Christian worldview to include ministry, academics, athletics, music/arts, and other student activities. Incumbent works under the direct supervision of the Rock Church Chief Operating Officer. Do you have a desire to work in a position that develops and fosters missionaries serving in desperate parts of the world? The Rock Missions Program, Impact195, is seeking a Missions Field Operations Assistant who will be responsible for maintaining processes that affect the placement, support, maintenance, and well-being of missionaries in the field. This includes communications with various partners, as well as Support Teams set for individual missionaries. Incumbent will assist with the interviewing and selection of Rock missionaries, including supervision and evaluation of interns. The Missions Field Operations Assistant will report to the Rock Missions Coordinator.

The Rock Church is currently seeking an Impact195 Accountant, who will be responsible for all areas of general accounting and developing strategies to achieve financial goals for the Impact195 Program. Incumbent will also assist in the financial aspect of Retail operations and report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Are you a gifted teacher who loves to help empower children to develop academically and in their walk with the Lord? The 6th Grade Teacher educates and equips all students, to give them the academic, spiritual, emotional and physical tools needed to become Christian leaders. This position strives daily to bring the Living Word to students, some of whom do not, as of yet, have a personal relationship with Christ. Are you a gifted worship leader with years of experience? Do you have a desire to shepherd others in the area of music? The Rock Church is currently seeking a Lead Worship Pastor who will be responsible for leading worship and working with the Music Director to integrate various styles of music that support the teaching of the Senior Pastor. The Lead Worship Pastor will also lead, develop and manage the Worship Department of the Rock Church to include recruiting, training, mentoring and developing worship leaders for other campuses in addition to Point Loma. The Lead Worship Pastor will report directly to the Executive Creative Director.
