Troubleshooting

Why does the video rebuffer constantly?

The player auto-detects the amount of bandwidth available to you and serves an appropriate video stream. However, if your computer doesn't have a fast enough Internet connection or is having other network issues your computer may struggle to play the video.

Why can't I see any video?

This is usually due to not having the latest version of Adobe Flash installed. Current requirements are Adobe Flash 10.1 minimum. You can get the latest version here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

I can hear the stream but not see it?

Usually this happens when the video stream you are watching is higher bandwidth than the available network connection. We recommend a minimum of 700Kbps available for this stream.
