I Doubt It

Pastor Miles McPherson

In this series, Pastor Miles will be taking a deeper look at the doubts many people may have about the Bible.

Despite being the best selling book of all time, the Bible often seems difficult to understand and out of touch with modern life. Therefore, many view it as an unreliable source of truth or authority.

In contrast, Christianity’s claim, supported by Jesus himself, is that the Bible is divinely inspired, authoritative, and without error, bringing freedom, blessing, faith, and conviction into the lives of those who study and apply it's stories, lessons, and prayers.  The tension between these different views of the Bible fuels skepticism and doubt, made worse by very real questions of life, that seem to go unanswered.

Do you have trouble believing what the Bible says? Do you feel like the Bible is unreliable? Maybe you just can’t understand why God allows pain or how anyone can ignore scientific evidence. Join us as we discover together why the Bible is a safe place to wrestle with our doubts.
