TJ HOUSE BUILDERS MINISTRY

Every other month TJ House Builders travels to Tiajuana, Mexico to build three houses for families in need. At Your Service partners with them to provide them with care packages for the families. SILVER ANGELS SENIOR MINISTRY

Silver Angels Senior Ministry had an outreach, offering mostly homebound seniors their services of cleaning, visiting with them, giving them rides, running errands, or taking them to the store, etc. At Your Service partnered with them and got a few more Rock Ministries and individual members of The Rock involved including the Woman of the Rock, Men of the Rock, Cancer Care and Sisters in Christ and Cookies for Christ to make cookies for the seniors as an ice breaker when introducing themselves. It ended up being a bit of a challenge between the WOTR and MOTR, and was quite a team building experience. We needed 500 cookies, but ended up with a whopping 1500. Go Rock Church, you ROCK!  

BREAKFAST CLUB - SMALL GROUPS FOR HOMELESS

Every week we partner with Joan Smith who leads the breakfast club. Joan hosts about 10 small groups a week for the homeless all over San Diego county reaching out to over 600 homeless over the years. We help supply bibles, food, hygiene care packages, bagels, clothes etc. If you would like to donate items or lead/volunteer at a small group, please email  

WALK IN THE LIGHT/ROCK KIDS CLUB

Walk in the light is a Christian missionary organization. We recently partnered with them to help Honiville a very poor township/slum in South Africa. The village is mainly run by children since most of the adults are sick with HIV/AIDS. We are so blessed to be a part of this mission. We were able to send them care packages containing clothes, hygiene packages, stuffed animals, baby items, medical supplies and a message of hope, bible verses and a prayer in all three languages spoken there. We are also so thankful to The Rock Kids Club for coming alongside us and supplying them with a bible study curriculum for the children who will be attending the new church being built in Honiville. We plan to continue this relationship with Walk in the Light and the people of Honiville. We would love to expand this vision, and to be able to fill containers with the items they need and ship them to South Africa. Let us know if you can help! Email
