Base 2 Base

Base 2 Base is a consolidated effort to bring the word of God to the service men and women on their base. God desires his name to be proclaimed on our bases, and in the hearts and minds of his children.

This will encompass a pastor assigned to each base, as a point of contact and minister, but also to lead in bible studies, mentor, and director of outreach. (Need)

As a service member you are barraged by the flesh and the world, but God wants you and them to know that all of the things of this world will not fill the void God created for him.

Our desire is to reach out to the families through a mothers day out program, this will allow mothers a cheap child care alternative, while getting the community believers support, bible study, and fellowship. (Need)

We need to identify places to meet on base, or very close to base, to house the bible study and mothers day out.  This can be incorporated at our base housing at a community center or persons home.  You can rotate homes, but think hard about where you can have the children kept safe and close. (Need)

Our base leaders will have curriculum that is accessible and will allow us to have our service members follow along from overseas.  The study will last approximately 10 weeks and not feel like a life sentence. We will stay bible based, as the word read is a living word able to transform, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
