How to Manually Configure iTunes

Use these instructions if the buttons above do not work.

  1. Download and install the free Apple iTunes software.
  2. Subscribe to the Rock podcasts (don't worry, it's 100% FREE!!!)
    1. Open up iTunes.
    2. Click on Advanced > Subscribe to Podcast...
    3. In the URL box, enter:
      http://podcast.therocksandiego.org/therock.rss (for audio)
        -OR-
      http://podcast.therocksandiego.org/vidcast.rss (for video)
      and click OK.
    4. Start listening.
