Miracle 139 Parent Date Night

Miracle 139 would like to give our parents a date night! Our classrom will be available for families with children with special needs on Saturday, June 22nd from 4:00-7:00 pm. Lots of fun activities will be planned for the children while the parents have a chance to get out and play!
To register for Parent Date Night, please complete the form below. Siblings are welcome with advance registration.
If your child does not regularly attend one of the Miracle 139 classrooms on Sunday mornings, please be sure to include any important information regarding your child's needs and preferences on the registration form.
