6^th Annual Food Drive

Help us establish Pervasive Hope throughout our city and beyond by joining Rock Church and the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank for our sixth annual Food Drive during the month of April. Last year we collected 18,000 pounds of food, which is equal to more than 10,000 meals. This year, our goal is to collect 25,000 pounds of food! Reaching this goal will provide about 20,000 meals for hungry people right here in San Diego.

These donations will help the San Diego Food Bank prepare for the summer months when the need for food is great but donations are low. According to the Food Research and Action Center, six out of seven low-income kids who eat a free or reduced-price school lunch during the academic year do not get a free meal during the summer. 

Drop off your non-perishable food items into the red barrels at all three Rock Church locations during April.

Drop off Time:

·      Point Loma Campus: All Week

·      North County Campus: Sunday to Thursday

·      East County Campus: Sunday to Thursday

• Peanut butter
• Macaroni & cheese
• Beans, dried fruits
• Evaporated or powdered milk
• Pudding/custards, pasta, rice
• Baking mixes
• Dry cereal
• Cleaning supplies
• Paper products
• Diapers
• Personal hygiene products
• Detergents
