New Class! Saturday Afternoon Class: Healing in Stretching (All Level/Women Only)

Healing in Stretching is a Spirit led gentle and restorative stretch designed to bring physical, emotional and spiritual freedom accompanied with Scriptures, prayer and worship.  Rejuvenate in His presence!  

All fitness levels invited!!  Class will be held in room 235 at the Rock Church Point Loma. Currently, classes are offered for women only.

Joining us for the first time? Please arrive at 11:30a for an orientation. Individuals may not participate in the exercise class until they have completed an orientation. Items to bring: non-slip exercise mat or large towel, bottle of water, and face towel.  Additional recommended items: Bible, journal, pen, and necessary support items.
