The bridging the GAP concept is based on Jesus teachings in the bible. He worked with twelve disciples and impacted the world. In the process of conducting His ministry Jesus appointed twelve, created a support team network, which they regularly met to share ideas and hold each other accountable for achieving goals for the Kingdom of God. Today, highly successful people around the world routinely are bridging the GAP to foster great achievement.

Within the Leadership Ministry, bridging the GAP is one of the vital components that inspire and encourage members to achieve individual and group success. Within their GAP meetings members discuss the speaker presentations, set God given and driven goals based upon what they’ve learned and where they are in their individual progress, and hold one another accountable for completing the action steps necessary to achieve their God given goals. This peer-to-peer mentoring, when paired with speaker events, has proven to be extremely effective in enabling members to continually gain momentum and strive to achieve higher goals.
