What to bring:
1. A comfort food or a recipe for a comfort food! We will NOT be eating the food, so if it is Ice Cream, just bring a picture of it and the ingredients.
2. Bring a small snack to share with the class: All Plant Based Please: No Dairy, No Meat, No Cheese: Some examples: Veggies and Hummus, Small Salad, Chips and Salsa, Fruit, Bean Salad. Just a small snack to share, don't spend more that $10! Trader Joes has some great snacks!
3. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in. We will show you some "Destressing Moves"
