Sisters in Christ group class: Selah, Stretch in His stillness

Hello friends of Spiritual Wellness!

God has invited us to instruct a class with The Rock Church Women's ministry and of course, as a woman, you are invited too! 

Thursdays 630-830pm - group worship and bible study and then group classes, your choice. 

Selah, Stretch in His Stillness will be there, representing God's kingdom as an alternative to yoga with Spiritual Wellness, a sports outreach of Rock Church. and going in with a beautiful love for God and all God's daughters and sons. 

We will stretch, worship, read, pray and meditate together in this season's series. God is supercharged to meet you, get to know you, stretch and be still with you!
