Aug 8: 4mi / Oak Canyon to Grasslands Loop (All Levels, Dog Friendly)

**About the Hike**
- 4ish miles (loop)
- Social pace, approx 2 hours
- Dog friendly on leashes
- It will be getting dark as we finish, but it’s a good hike for it. Bring your flashlight or headlamp, and enjoy the fun!

**What should you bring?**
- Flashlight or headlamp!!
- Bring layers as it cools
- 1-2 liters of water. Snack optional.
- Walking or hiking shoes. This is a good one for breaking hiking boots in if you’re ready for the mileage.
- Hat and sunscreen!

**Logistics**
No carpool for this hike.

Park in the dirt lot at the corner of Father Junipero Serra Trail and Bushy Hill Dr. or on the street outside the first gate as this gate is locked at 7 p.m.

Meet at the dirt lot at Father Junipero Serra Trail and Bushy Hill Dr. at 6:15p. Hike starts at 6:30p.
