Rock Church is governed by an independent Board of Directors that plays a critical and active role in ensuring financial integrity and organizational effectiveness. Our Board provides spiritual support, strategic guidance, approves financial plans, and regularly evaluates our progress toward mission goals. In addition, as a subcommittee of the main Board of Directors, the compensation committee alone reviews and sets the compensation for our Senior Pastor.

Rock Church utilizes compensation studies and relevant market data in reviewing and setting compensation for its staff. In addition, Rock Church uses professional tax and legal services to ensure compliance and consistency.

Our financial statements are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Further, Rock Church obtains an annual audit from an independent certified public accounting firm. To date, every annual audit has been issued with a clean opinion indicating the financial statements were presented fairly, in all material respects, and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
