Disaster Response Training

Rock Church is partnering with Crisis Response International (CRI) for a one-day national and global Disaster Response Training. Together, our goal is to train and equip hundreds of volunteers to meet urgent physical, spiritual, and emotional needs in times of disaster.
When emergencies occur, trained responders from Rock Church and CRI will mobilize with compassion and excellence—deploying relief teams, clean-up crews, chaplains, and medical personnel to bring hope and healing to affected communities both locally and worldwide.
This immersive training will cover:
Responder character, calling, and commitments
National and international deployment protocols
Pre-disaster preparation and readiness
Fundamentals of crisis and disaster response
Hands-on roleplays and real-world scenarios
Managing stress and caring for your own soul
Compassionate ministry and evangelism in crisis
Spirit-led service in disaster environments
Developing a strong responder identity

Time: 9AM–4PM (Lunch break at 12PM)
