1. What does supervision and cabin groups look like?
Safety is our top priority. Students stay with their assigned counselors and cabin group for the entire camp (a ratio of 2:10). They are roomed with 2–4 peers of the same grade, church, and gender. They do have designated times to move around campus but are always accompanied by their counselors. Trained counselors, safety team members, and volunteers are on-site 24/7, with updated background checks, Safety Awareness training, and Live Scan clearance. Leaders and safety monitors are present on every floor of the dorms.
2. Can we request who our student dorms with?
Youth pastors work together to assign rooms and counselors. Once we get closer to camp our team will send out a room request for to all registered campers. While we cannot guarantee all special requests, you may fill out the form or email your local youth pastor if you have a specific request.
3. What kind of financial aid is offered?
We offer a payment plan that allows you to pay half of the camp cost upfront and the remaining balance closer to camp. Many churches and youth pastors also fundraise to help students attend. Contact your local youth pastor for additional financial aid options.
4. What happens if I have to cancel?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. If your student can no longer attend, you may send someone in their place by coordinating with your local youth pastor.
5. How does Early Bird pricing work?
The Early Bird price of $395 is available through March 15. If you put in a down payment before this date, you lock in that price. After March 15, the price increases to $475.
