Rock Worship | Interested in Joining the Team?

Thank you for your interest in the Worship Ministry at Rock Church San Diego!

We are a community of worshipers passionate about serving the San Diego community and beyond. Our desire is to see the name of Jesus lifted high above all else, in every space we are invited into.

We have a heart to equip, shepherd, and empower worship leaders, musicians, and teams at Rock Church, while also helping unite and strengthen the greater worship community across our city.

We are looking for gifted vocalists, musicians, dancers, and other artists who feel called to Rock Church and desire to serve the Lord through the gifts He has given them.

As part of the onboarding process, you will be asked to complete a video audition. Once your Serve Form has been received, a campus worship pastor will reach out to you with the next steps.

In addition, we will be hosting an orientation on October 3, 2026, for all new team members who are auditioning. A link to RSVP for the orientation will be provided in the communication from the worship pastors.
