My name is Crystal James and I am a mother of a toddler and a teenager. God has put on my heart to get out and meet other moms while taking care of myphysical body. So are you looking for a way to get physically and spiritually fit at the same time? Come out and join me for the "stroller walking" mom's group. Moms with kids of all ages welcome or Moms on their own too. We will meet every Thursday at 5:30pm at North County Fair Mall (please call host to verify the location because it may change due to weather) This is a great way to encourage and be encouraged by other moms. God has called mothers to a special job and that is raising His children. In order to raise them up right we need to be physically and spiritually fit.
