Kids ROCK! Jiu Jitsu meets every Saturday morning at The Stronghold.

All kids Ages 5-12 are wecome! Wear workout clothes (T-Shirt and Shorts are fine), and we will provide the uniforms for class. Come ready to train and fellowship!
