Leading by Serving

Leadership is not about recognition or accolades; it is about becoming lower still so we can point people toward Jesus, the One who is above all! Jesus was the perfect example of leading by serving. As we learn to live and love like Him, we will lead others to do the same. This life-long spirit filled journey of discipleship needs leaders who help others to take their Next Step along the Discipleship Pathway and their journey of discipleship.
