To support Christian law enforcement officers while spreading the gospel, and lead non-believers to Christ.
The purpose/mission of the Rock's Law Enforcement Officers Ministry is to reach out to all Christian Law Enforcement Officers in San Diego and create a support network that offiers fellowship, spiritual growth, bible study, encouragment, and accountability while on and off duty.  LEO Ministry also serves to spread the gospel amung the police ranks and lead non-believing officers and civilians to Christ.
 

Every law enforcement officer has been granted the authority to uphold City, State and Federal laws through a swearing in process after completing a police academy. When we look to where that authority actually comes from, we find it in Romans 13:1-5 NKJV 

"Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities."  For there is no authority except that from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resist the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgement on themselves. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. For he is God's minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God's minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. Therefore you must be subject not only because of wrath but also for conscience' sake." 


With God's marching orders in place, Christian Law Enforcement Officers are tasked with serving and protecting all souls while ministering for the good of the people and bringing those that do evil to justice.
