*What types of donations do we take?

Currently, we take clean, in working condion and gently used or new clothing, shoes, purses, baby items, bedding, blenders, kitchen utensils, pots pans anything that would be needed in order to help someone get back on their feet. We also are in need of furniture and appliances to distribute to those in need within the church and the community. We TRY not to turn away donation!

*Where can I donate items?

Donations of clothing and miscillaneous items can be dropped off by the recyeling ministry in the parking lot behind Vons and Trader Joe's every Sunday from 7am to 7pm.  Furniture can be dropped on Tuesday or Thursdays nights at our SHARE building location in Mission Valley 6162 Mission Gorge Rd Ste I San Diego 92120.  If you are in need of a pick up please call Melissa (619)  504-9342 to coordinate. 

 
*Are my donations tax deductible?

Yes, they are. Receipts provided when requested.


 *Who does Share Ministry help?

We fill needs of families and individuals within the Rock church, all Rock Ministries and beyond. We also generously support local  shelters and outreach programs anyone and everyone whom we can. If you or your family need a helping hand, we'll do our best to fill your needs.


 *How can I assist Share?

Donate clean, gently used items, volunteer to help sort and organize items, and if you have a truck, van or SUV, help move donated items. We work with YOUR schedule! Monetary donations also accepted to fund ministry outreaches.

We organize and sort at the SHARE building in Mission Valley 6162 Mission Gorge Rd Ste I San Diego 92120.  Every Tuesday from 9am to 11am and on Thursdays from 9am to 11am and also from 5pm to 8pm.


 *What if my family, someone I know, or I need items from Share?

Just email request to or call Melissa Alvarez at 619-504-9342.
