India

Our team in India recently started an English service for locals in their town. Many young people there are really hungry to know the word of God in depth. Our Rock Ambassadors have started two Bible studies for them, and the participants are already showing signs of spiritual growth as a result of their involvement in these classes. A new opportunity has also opened up for some members of the Ambassador team to travel to another important city in India to minister to neglected widows there, in cooperation with another partner agency. Impact195 will be sending a team this December on an international short-term trip to assist with this and more.

Pray that those attending the Bible studies would flourish and grow in their relationship with God. Pray that God would grant them great vision for the future and reveal His plan for their lives. Pray that God would continue to put a hedge of protection around the health of our team physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Asia

Our team in Asia presses on in the patient work God has sent them to complete. At times, loneliness can be felt. One of our Rock Ambassadors recently wrote, "we were…discouraged during this past month…we have each other and Abba. We have been praying for someone to come into our life that has the same heart to reach out to others, that is older than us, married longer, and has a strong relationship with Abba. Well, we met a couple that have been married for 20 years, have done ministry most of their life, have a passion for discipling teenagers and young adults, and have a marriage Bible study that they invited us to! We attended their group that Wednesday night and were deeply encouraged by having a group of like-minded believers…" Our team continues to make new contacts each week, is pressing on in the language studies and teaching English in their spare time themselves. They have nurtured many friendships and continue to be amazed at the growing inquiries of Jesus and the good response of those inquiring.

Please pray that God would continue to bless and protect our team in Asia, that He would strengthen, settle and establish them. Pray that many more friendships would be made and many more would come to the saving knowledge of Jesus.

Haiti

Two Rock Ambassadors have returned to Haiti this past month: one to continue a children’s ministry that is flourishing; the other to start a new boarding school in cooperation with a partner agency called Intercession Haiti. God has put on the heart of one of the Ambassadors to organize a prayer breakfast with the municipal authorities, and with some pastors in the town of Jeremie. Impact195 will be sending a team this August on an international short-term trip to assist with this and more.

Please pray for the children in Jeremie, that they would grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord through the Bible classes our Rock Ambassadors conduct for them twice a week. Pray for the preparations for the prayer breakfast that God would use it to bless the leadership in Jeremie.

Japan

We our rejoicing with our teams in Japan, as one of our couples recently found out they were pregnant with their first child and the other has stepped gloriously into parenthood with the arrival of baby Isabella. God has continued to add more children to Liz’s English classes and relationships with parents continue to be nurtured.

Please pray that God would inspire and help Liz select and teach various English curriculums. Pray for a healthy pregnancy for our other couple and that their time spent stateside would be a blessing to their families. Pray also for continued strength and passion to bring hope to the Japanese people.

Romania

Our team in Romania is getting more involved with a church called Viața Noua. Progress being made there has been a great encouragement for them and a blessing for the local believers. Our Rock Ambassadors have enjoyed establishing deeper relationships with the women there and recently the male members of our team fellowshipped during a men's hike with the men of the church. A local Gypsy village also has made a request for a Bible community group to be established – a huge praise! The people there have great needs, and our team takes every opportunity, as they are able, to help and bring hope.

Please pray that God will grant them continued favor with the locals and that their witness will be effective in leading many into God's kingdom.
