Our first makeover was for Michele Kassa's home. Michele serves as The Rock Church's Deaf Ministry leader, Toys for Joy organizer, and she is the only deaf foster care home for teens in the San Diego County. Our ministry donated over 1,000 hours within two months of preparation for the makeover with organizing, space planning, and shopping for furniture pieces. We then volunteered over 650 hours over a four day period for the makeover installation which included: cleaning, organizing, painting, and furniture installation. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped us accomplish this prestigious goal and help bless the Kassa home!
