Want to "Warm Up San Diego?"
Share Ministry will be collecting jackets, sweaters, sweats, hats, gloves, socks, shoes, umbrellas, blankets, sleeping bags - ANYTHING to help warm up folks against chilly weather!
These items will be used to help out Bread of Life Homeless Ministry, foster kids in Step Up Ministry, Single Parent Ministry, Mexican Outreach , and other shelters who have a need. If you know a family who has a REAL need for warm clothing, let us know and we will do our best to help fill their need.
So, dig out all those items that are taking up space in your closet and drawers OR hit the 99 cent stores and pick up $10 or $20 worth of hats, gloves or umbrellas. Are you listening Small Groups?
The main collection will be held Sunday November 6 and we will be collecting items by the front of the church - BUT Share Ministry is CONTINUOUSLY collecting items to help those in need. Our collection bin is now behind the curtain (in the sanctuary) next to the audio/visual platform in the rear of the church.
