About

Fellowship

The Rock is such a large church and often times attending service alone will not allow you to gain fellowship.  The hiking ministry offers community and building fellowship through our hiking events and bible study.  Our goal is to build area fellowships that reflect the following:

• Fellowship groups that amplifies God, finding heartfelt pleasure worshiping God in “spirit and truth.”

• People that need and experience God’s Grace.

• People practicing God’s grace on the horizontal plane: forgiving, loving and accepting others as would Christ.

• People who will proclaim the gospel of salvation by grace through faith alone, while ministering to social need.

Bible Study

Being involved in a Bible study is one way to learn more about the Bible while spending time with people who are interested in learning as well. We focus on a book or set of passages in the Bible along with plenty of discussion each time we meet. Bible study will occur every other Monday unless specify and location varies from The Rock Church or outdoors. Please check event page every other Monday for details on bible study location.
