What: BOM movie night presenting the movie The Drop Box. A powerful movie of life, sacrifice and incredible dedication. This amazing documentary tells the true story of South Korean pastor Lee Jong-rak and his heroic efforts to embrace and protect abandoned children. It is a story about the forgotten, the disabled, the discarded, and the man who gives everything to protect them. God's love through one man, one person at a time. Our guest speaker this night will be Joe Brandi, president of Unity 4 Orphans (http://www.unity4orphans.com/about/mission-vision) On Saturday October 10th, we will have an opportunity to go with Joe & Unity 4 Orphans to serve, help and minister to many children at an orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico. Unity 4 Orphans will be collecting a fee on that date to participate that includes round trip transportation across the border & a offering that benefits Unity 4 Orphans exclusively. Please attend and hear Joe Brandi on Friday October 2nd for more information. Our potluck food theme this night is Mexican food but you are encouraged to bring anything you'd like to share. As usual, whatever you choose to share would be greatly appreciated. Please remember to bring a blanket, beach chair or something to be comfortable on.
