NC Sisters Evening Bible Study

A special time to fellowship, study the Word, share testimonies and pray with other women of the Rock in a group setting in order to gain spiritual and practical guidance for everyday living through a variety of breakout sessions.

Meets at the NC Church every Tuesday from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm and childcare is available. You must register if you wish to receive childcare so we know how many workers are needed!

 Come meet some new friends and dig deeper into God’s word!

 Our theme this session is Revival.

GOING DEEPER INTO THE BIBLE LESSON, facilitated by Kathy Johnstone.  Join this small group to dive deeper into Karen Stevens' study on "Revival.” In this group you will have a time of responding to questions and discussing the lesson that was viewed during SISTERS. This will be a good opportunity to meet new friends and pray for each other. (Free)

Book Study, BREAKING FREE: THE JOURNEY, THE STORIES by Beth Moore, taught by Diane Carrillo.  Discover the transforming power of freedom in Jesus Christ through the Book of Isaiah, an Old Testament book about the captivity of God's children, the faithfulness of God, and the road to freedom. This in-depth women's Bible study draws parallels between the captive Israelites of the Old Testament and New Testament believers in Jesus as the Promised Messiah.  Using Scripture to help identify spiritual strongholds in your life, no matter how big or small, you will learn that bondage is anything that hinders us from the benefits of knowing God.  So come on this journey with us and break free of the bondage in your life forever! Cost is $20 for book.

Book Study, 4 KEYS TO HEARING GOD’S VOICE by Mark and Patti Virkler, taught by Michele Stephens.  Have you ever wondered if God is speaking to you?  Do you even know the special words of love and affirmation that God has been saying, just to you?  Jesus tells us, “My sheep hear my voice and listen to me.” (John 10:27).  This study will teach us how to use the principles of Habakkuk 2:1-2 so we can be certain to hear God’s voice and come to an even closer level of spiritual intimacy with our Precious Father than ever before. Cost is $15 for book.
