This is an all levels class. Class will be held in room 235 at the Rock Church. Currently, classes are offered for women only.
Joining us for the first time? Please arrive at 9:30a for an orientation. Individuals may not participate in the exercise class until they have completed an orientation. Items to bring: non-slip exercise mat or large towel, bottle of water, and face towel. Additional recommended items: Bible, journal, and pen.
