Join the Hiking Ministry family from the Rock Church as we hike to beautiful Stonewall Peak in Cuyamaca Rancho State Park on Leap Day. It's always a fun time of fellowship as we enjoy the beauty of God's creation! This hike has mild switchbacks, a set of stairs to the peak, and breathtaking 360 degree views at the top. This is one of the most accessible peaks in San Diego County. Hope to see you all there!

We will travel to Cuyamaca Rancho State Park and start our adventure at the Pasa Picacho Campground. We'll cross SR-79 and begin the climb to Stonewall Peak. After the first semi-difficult hill, the switchbacks are moderate until we reach the final approach, in which we will climb the stairs to reach the peak.

More info on the hike can be found here.

See a map of the park here.

Parking at Casa Picacho Campground costs $10, so consider carpooling to save money on parking.
