Beyond Fitness VIRTUAL

We are taking Beyond Fitness into our Livingroom during the Covid_19 stay at home season. So Zoom on in, come join the fun and take a step along with us to a healthier you! This is for everyone. All ages, all sizes all levels. You go at your own pace and we have modifications. So grab the entire family and met us on Zoom! (Our Virtual Platform) 

Saturday mornings are started off with a dynamic time of Devotional & Prayer. Then we jump into our workout and end with our weekly accountability check-ins.  

 We will be switching up our workouts, so its a good idea to have the following handy. 

-Items you may need- 


Water (Stay Hydrated)

Towel (To mop up all that sweat)

5-10 lbs dumbbells (If you do not weights, grab water bottles, heavy book, rock, your dog, get creative)

Workout mat (It's okay if you don't have one)
