Ministry Orientation Dates and Info
The orientation will provide a through review of the purpose of the ministry and identify the requirements such as cost, time commitment and other important facets to consider as you pray about joining the ministry for the 2021 cohort.
Ministry Overview
The IronMen Disciple's Path (IMDP) Ministry consists of two separate one year discipleship pathways: 'MAP' & 'Next Step'. Both discipleship pathways require a commitment of approximately 6 - 8 hours per week (roughly 1-1/2 hours 5 days a week) consisting of group meetings, workbook excercises and book reading. All of those participating in the ministry will be assigned to a group for the duration of the one-year timeframe. Within these groups, each individual person will have an accountability partner to walk alongside them through this discipleship journey. Groups will meet at least twice per month but will be encouraged to meet more frequently for accountability and fellowship. Upon completion, graduates and invited guests will attend a commencement ceremony including a dinner and celebration of the one-year achievement.
