CHRIST OUR ULTIMATE QUEEN ESTHER: CHRIST'S IDENTIFICATION WITH US

Head Change: To know that you were born for such a time as this.
Heart Change: To feel grateful that, no matter where you find yourself in life, Jesus knows and cares, and He is able to save you.
Life Change: To live each day bravely, knowing God has empowered you to obey Him in every circumstance.
READ ESTHER CHAPTERS 5 - 7
REVIEW
Do you believe God chose the time and place of your birth, and that He is sovereign over where you find yourself now? What kind of courage do your current circumstances demand of you? Are you being challenged to put your fear aside for the greater good of someone else, or even your whole community?

BIBLE EXPLORATION
Jesus confirms this truth about God’s perfect power and perfect love when He says, ‘“for your Father knows exactly what you need even before you ask Him!”’ (Matthew 6:8) Share about a time when you thought you knew what you needed, but God knew better, and He supplied your need without you even voicing it to Him.
LAST WORD
Esther could only help her people if she identified with them as a Jew. Similarly, Jesus identified completely with us by becoming a human being – even taking upon Himself the punishment we deserved, by dying on the cross. In His humanity and in His divinity, Jesus Christ relates to you in every way possible. Take a moment to praise Him that, whatever you are going through right now, He knows it completely. He loves you unblinkingly. He is mighty to save.
DEEPER WALK
Pray: Scroll through the photos on your phone (or page through a photo album if you have one), giving thanks to God for each past event you’ve captured and thanking Him that He saw each one coming, He was there with you when it happened, and He understood what you felt and experienced in every moment.
